Music Ensembles

The Music Ensembles program delivered by The Arts Unit provides an extension from school-based ensembles and an opportunity for students to perform significant and demanding music. All ensembles perform regularly and tour throughout NSW as well as interstate and internationally.

Vocal EnsemblesJunior Singers Australia Day

The Arts Unit's Vocal Ensembles provide opportunity for talented NSW Public School singers from Years 4-12. The vocal ensembles are also split into weekly and state ensembles.

Instrumental Music Ensembles 

SWE Concert Tour 2012

The Instrumental Music Ensembles program is for instrumental students from Years 5-12. The program is divided into weekly ensembles, which rehearse weekly during term time in Lewisham, and state ensembles, which come together for a short, intense rehearsal period.

NSW Public Schools Millennium Marching Band

The Millennium Marching Band was originally formed for the 2000 Sydney Olympics. Since then this ensemble of instrumentalists, dancers and gymnasts has performed its intricate marching patterns 

marching bandand music to thousands of people at football matches, in ANZAC Day ceremonies and in the Schools Spectacular.
