Secondary Aboriginal Dance Online Workshops – applications

This is an online workshop for secondary students (Years 7 to 12) attend a NSW public school. The workshop is suitable for both experienced and non-experienced dancers. Priority is given to First Nations students.
This program is an exciting collaboration between the internationally renowned Bangarra Dance Theatre and the NSW Department of Education Arts Unit. During the program, tutors from Bangarra's Youth program work with students to learn and perform contemporary Indigenous dance repertoire.
Participating schools will attend a 1 hour and 15 minute online workshop with Bangarra Dance Theatre tutors.

- Up to 20 students per school – $100.00

Monday 7 April
- Session 1: 9:30 am – 10:45 am
- Session 2: 11:30 am – 12:45 pm
- Session 3: 1:30 pm – 2:45 pm
Tuesday 8 April
- Session 1: 9:30 am – 10:45 am
- Session 2: 11:30 am – 12:45 pm
- Session 3: 1:30pm – 2:45pm

Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend the workshop, you have up to seven days to submit a refund request. Please email your request to artsinitiatives@det.nsw.edu.au. Refunds will only be processed in cases of extenuating circumstances.
