Operation Art - student workshop enrolment form

Enrolling your child into an Operation Art workshop is a 3 step process. Please complete all 3 steps to confirm your place.

Parents are required to drop and collect their child from the workshop.

Please note, workshop spaces are limited and bookings may close early if spaces are full.

Please note that the 2023 Operation Art Student Workshops will operate under the guidelines from NSW Health and the Department of Education. 

Enrolment process

  1. Complete payment through the online student payment portal by the closing date indicated above for each workshop. Keep a copy of the receipt number to enter in the enrolment form below.
  2. Download and complete the  Permission checklist & permission to publish form - 2023 (PDF 174.21 KB) and return to opart.artsunit@det.nsw.edu.au by the closing date indicated above for each workshop. 
  3. Complete the online enrolment form below with your receipt number by the closing date indicated above for each workshop. Please complete this information carefully.  Be sure to check your email address - this is how we will communicate with you. 

Cost

  • $50.60 per workshop

All payments will be accepted online through our student payment portal.

Operation Art student workshops

Program Visual arts
Kindergarten to Year 10
Students spend a whole day making, creating and learning new visual arts skills. Workshops cover a variety of different topic areas including drawing, painting, printing, mixed media and sculpture.

Payment

I understand full payment must be made online before the Operation Art Student Workshop begins. Once payment has been made, there will be no refunds.
