The Central Coast Dance Festival has been successfully running for the past 33 years, providing dance performance opportunities for students in a professional theatre environment. It is open to entries from NSW public schools for students in Kindergarten to Year 12.

The festival highlights the range of styles explored through the study of dance in public schools. These performances are underpinned by creativity, confidence and respect for one another, fostered by their dedicated teachers.

2025 festival

Dress rehearsal: Monday 26 May to Friday 30 May (Term 2 Week 5)

Performances:

  • Monday 23 June to Thursday 26 June (Term 2 Week 9)
  • Monday 30 June to Wednesday 2 July (Term 2 Week 10)
    • 6 pm and 8 pm shows each night

  • Applications for the Central Coast Dance Festival will open Term 1, 2025.
  • Applications will close 2:30 pm Friday 4 April 2025.
