Combined Schools Signing Choir
It is with great excitement that we invite students and teachers with some Auslan experience to participate in the Combined Schools Signing Choir.
Open to public school students in Year 4 to Year 12, students will learn and perform 2 songs at the prestigious Primary Proms to be held at the Sydney Town Hall on Monday 14 September and/or Tuesday 15 September 2026.

Applications
Applications are now open for 2026. Applications will close at 5 pm, Friday 22 May 2026.
Students may apply as a school group or individually. Duty of care will be provided by Department of Education staff for students not attending with their teacher.
Students are not required to audition and all students who apply will be accepted into the choir.

Workshop day

Students from outside metropolitan Sydney may choose to attend this workshop virtually. A link will be sent to these students in the lead-up to the workshop day.
It is an expectation that all groups attend this workshop, either in person or virtually, in order to perform at Primary Proms.
