The Sapphire Coast Learning Community (SCLC) Creative Arts Camp is a 3-day residential camp for public school students in Years 5 to 8 with an interest in visual and creative arts. Students extend their skills in a setting facilitated by professional artists, artisans and coordinators with the company of like-minded peers.

The camp plays a major role in closing the equity gap on the far South Coast by providing access to high-quality workshop opportunities often unavailable in local, isolated communities.

Workshops in dance, drama, circus art, physical theatre, mural art, woodwork, film making and Aboriginal arts are all part of the camp program.

Students may participate in the camp as either a residential camper or day camper.

2022

The 2022 SCLC Creative Arts Camp was held from Monday 4 to Wednesday 6 April 2022 at Kianinny Bush Cottages with workshops each day at Bega Civic Centre.
