Music camps

State music camps provide students with unique extension experiences in music. Students engage with industry professionals and participate in a variety of specialised performance and workshop experiences. Each camp is aimed at NSW public school students who love music and want to spend time with other like-minded musicians.

Camden Haven

Camden Haven Bands camp

Kindergarten to Year 12
An annual camp for public school students in the Camden Haven area, which provides expert tuition and the opportunity to perform in large concert bands.

Hunter Creative Arts Camp

South Coast

ISER Performing Ensemble

Students have the opportunity to work with some of Australia's leading recorder players and educators.
Wagga Wagga

Riverina Choral Camp

Program Music
Years 5 to 12
A wide variety of choral experiences and activities in choral learning are the focus of the camp, allowing students to enhance their knowledge and skills in music.
Murrumbateman

Riverina Strings and Recorders Camp

Years 3 to 12
The camp is open to students who play violin, viola, cello, double bass, classical guitar and recorder from beginner to advanced level players, including those not currently playing in a school group or orchestra.
Tathra

SCLC Music Camp

A 4 day camp for students with an interest in music and performance providing opportunities to learn, rehearse and perform repertoire facilitated by professional musicians and coordinators.

Solo Vocal Camp

Program Music
Years 8 to 12
Solo vocalist students participate in individual and group workshops with industry professionals and experienced staff. Sessions include stage presence, song interpretation, audition techniques and vocal health.
Rural and remote schools

Surround Sound

Program Music
Years 7 to 12
A band program for students in rural and remote areas bridging the gap and providing performance and mentoring opportunities to successful schools.
Dubbo

Western NSW Rock Camp

Program Music
Years 6 to 12
An opportunity for students to learn and perform with other like-minded students as they work with teachers and professional musicians on techniques and skills to enhance their musical and vocal ability.
