  • Closing date for school entries – Friday 20 June 2025 (Term 2 Week 8)
  • Regional finalist names deadline – Monday 30 June (Term 2 Week 10)
  • Regional finals – Monday 11 to Friday 22  August 2025 (Term 3 Weeks 4 and 5)
