On 28 October 2024, students from 16 schools participated in an On Country Day at Cathy Freeman Park and experienced a creative way of sharing culture and connecting with other Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Peoples.

This event was open to all teachers, and support staff Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students involved in Schools Spectacular 2024. 

This day was used to develop the Acknowledgment of Country that will be used in the SpecArena show.
