The three-day Boys' Vocal Program is a non-audition vocal program led by tutor Stuart Davis at Trackdown Studios for boys in years 5-12.
Tue 3 Jun to Thu 5 June inclusive.
9:00 am – 2:30 pm each day.

This course is an excellent opportunity for you to develop high-level skills in making performance works, engaging in creative practices and exploring dramatic contexts for secondary students. You will gain practical insight, knowledge and skills applicable to a wide range of school contexts and you will be equipped with teaching strategies and program scaffolds to take back to the classroom.

Successful applicants will be allocated to one concert and need to be available for a sound check and staging rehearsal on the day of the concert.
All applicants will be notified of the outcome by Friday 23 May 2025.
These performance opportunities are open to all public school students (Years K to 12) and can include music ensembles of all sizes, large or small (including soloists). Items may be instrumental or vocal, and should avoid pre-recorded musical components such as backing tracks.

This 3-day workshop gives multicultural and refugee students and their teachers a scriptwriting and performance experience, culminating in a showcase performance that is live streamed back to the student’s home countries.

Please note – One junior and one senior student represent their school at regional finals. Regional finals will be held using video connections. One senior and one junior speller from each regional will then go onto state finals.
