INSTRUCTOR 1: Hi, guys. So this is Section One, Part 1 of 2. So we're going to be starting with our legs bent with our torso hunched over just like this. Now there's going to be 8 counts, 8 clap sticks in the music.

On the very first one, you have to listen very carefully, on the first one, everyone's going to look up on the 1. 2nd clap stick. I'm going to be group 1 and Mitchell will be group 2. Second clap stick, 2nd clap stick, group one will stand straight up looking into the ceiling.

Group 2, you'll stay down bent just like Mitchell. 3rd clap stick, we're going to be swapping in here. So the group 1 going to come back down, while group 2 will come to standing.

On the fourth clap stick, group 1, we're going to stay down here. Mitchell's group 2, they're going to come back to bend. On the 5th clap stick now, group 1, we're going to go straight to the side. So we're going to take a step out with our arm. On the 6th clap stick, Mitchell's will do exactly the same thing but from an opposite direction.

7th clap stick, everyone's going to come in together, back with our bent knees. On the 8th clap stick, everyone's going to come to standing with our hands straight up above our heads. Good.

From here, everyone's going to take 8 counts just to come back without bent knees, yes? So we're going to come down. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.

INSTRUCTOR 2: That is wrong.

INSTRUCTOR 1: Huh? Yeah, it is wrong. It's basically--

INSTRUCTOR 2: Start again?

INSTRUCTOR 1: So from here, everyone's going to need 8 cats to lie on their side, yes? We're going to come down to the 4 count, 1, 2, 3, 4. Group 1 will go one way, group 2 will go the other. Laying down 5, 6, 7, 8. So everyone should be lying on their sides. Good.

For 2 counts, we're going to come up and tuck in our arm. So coming up, 1, in 2. Now we're going to roll on our knees and do a little bit of a push up for 2 counts. So we're going to come around, 3, 4.

Everyone comes to their knees, 5, 6. And then wind that knee up and then 2 arms will scoop. We're going to go, 7, 8. So see there, group 1 and group 2 went different directions so take note of that.

Now we're going to do a full count bum roll. Roll in 1, 2, 3, 4. We're going to come to a bit of a kneeling here. Now we're going to do 4 snakeheads. Going to the right. 5, 6, 7, 8.

OK guys, so we just finished snakeheads. We're going to take four counts to do a big windmill with our arms. So I'm going to take a step forward on my left, leg my right arm's going to scoop down. Left arm's going to come around to connect to my right knee on 4.

On the count of 5, my right hand is going to scoop under and connect to my head. While my left hand is connected to my arm. On the count of 6, we're going to do a shift to the back. Little bend. 7, we're going to shift to the right side. Count 8, we're going to shift to the left. And then you've got to run to your next position.

INSTRUCTOR 2: All right, everyone. This is section 2. So we just finished running and now we're in our next formation. From here, what's going to happen is we're going to step forward. We're going to go 1, 2. yep. In a deep lunge. Good.

As we do that, our hand's are gonna come up. So it's going to go right, left. So it looks like this. So we go 1, down, 2, looking at the floor. From here we're going to paint up our arm, this arm first. We're going to go 3, look into that side and then we're going to swap, going 4.

From here, we're going to go up and over pushing back, going 5, 6, and then we're going to do a little circle around ourselves with our hands coming up over our heads, going 7. And then by 8, you're going to end up behind the person beside you.

From here, group 1 are gonna be Amber. Group 2, you're going to be me. What we're going to do is you're going to reach up. Group 1, you'll go to go to your right. Group 2, you're going to go to your left. And then for the second time, you're going to switch, reach into the opposite side. Bring it back.

And then group 1, you're going to run to your right in a little circle. Group 2, you're going to go to your left in a little circle as well. So we're going to run and go, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, only 6 counts.

All right. Now group 1, you're going to go to your left to the floor. Group 2, you're going to go to your right to the floor. Yeah. And then you're going to swap. Bring it back. And then you're going to run again for 6 counts. Group 1, go to your left. Group 2, go to your right. Going 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Good.

Our last one, group 1, you're going to go to your right. Up high. Group 2, you're going to go to your left up high. And then you're going to swap, other side, bring it back. Now group 1, you're going to run to your right. Group 2, you're going to run to your left for 6 counts. Ready, go, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.

From here, when you come down to a lunge. Yeah. Group 1, you're gonna lunge to your left. Group 2, you're gonna lunge to your right. Next movement is going to be an arm of movement. And it's a little bit like a helicopter with our hands working in opposition.

Yep. So you're going to come up. So we're going to go 1, and then down, 2. And then we'll to come back, 3. Down, 4. From here you're going to run to your next position. Running 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.

INSTRUCTOR 1: Hey, guys. So we're getting ready for section 3 now. Please be aware that there's two different lines. So I'll be group 1 and Mitchell will be group 2. All right. So everyone's going to start with their legs really, really bent. Our head's gonna go to the right knee.

For 3 counts, we're going to do a really big scoop with our head. So we're gonna go to the left knee, 1, around, 2, bending, 3. And on 4, we're going to do a clap to the top left corner.

On the count of 5, I'm going to scoop back with my right hand, 5. Coming down the back of my back here. On the count of 6, I'm going to go to the left. And on 7, 8, we're going to do a big dive forward. 7, down and 8. Good.

Now we're going to do three little shunts to the right. We're going to do it right side first, hands together, left leg will come up. 1, left side. 2, right side. 3. On the count of 4, everyone's going to do a little turn, arms up, 4.

Now we're going to swap lines. So group 1, we're going to take 4 walks back, painting down our arms. So we're going to go 5, 6, 7, 8. Group 2, you're going to be walking forward just like Mitchell did just then. We'll do that one more time.

So we're swapping lines, 5, 6, 7, 8. Right. So everyone's going to take the right arm and you're going to shoot it down to the left corner. So we're going to go down on 1. Elbow's gonna bring it back on 2. Then it's gonna come up to the corner on 3. Now we're going to do the same to the left side on 4. And bring it down with a little scoot. Good.

From here, we're going to be swapping directions. So group 1, everyone's going to hug their chest. Good. Now group 1, we're going to go to the right side first. We're going to gallop to the right side and we're going to wiggle our hands. So we're going to go 5, 6. Group 2, you're going to go to the left just like Mitchell did.

Now we're going to go back to the way we came from and opening our hands, 7, 8. Good. So we just finished our gallops. Group 1, we're going to do four shunts forward going to the left. So we're going to go 1, 2, 3, 4, with our arms folded like this.

Group 2, you wanna do a turn around just like Mitchell is. 1, 2, 3, 4. So we should be swapping lines by then. So this is what it will look like all together. So we finished our gallop. We're going to go 1, 2, 3, 4.

Now we want to do two little circles on ourselves with our hands coming all the way up. Group 1, we're going to go to the right side first. Group 2, you're going to go to the left. So we're going to go 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Group 1, you're going to go to the left. Group 2, you're going to go to the right. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. And then you're going to run to your next position.

INSTRUCTOR 2: Hi, everyone. This is Section 4, the final section. So we just finished running now in one line formation. So can everyone, group 1, you're going to be Amber again. Group 2, you're going to be me.

So I'm just going to stand out for a second. Group 2, you are going to be using your left hand. Group 1, you're going to be using your right hand. Yeah? We don't change our arms at any point of this movement. Cool.

So just standing behind. So we've got-- we're stepping out. We go out on 1. Very really, really slow. And then we're going to shift, yep, going forward to go 2, facing the back wall.

Now we're going to shift again, going 3. Face in the front. And now we're going to gallop on the 4 with the arm. There we go. And now we're going to shift to the back on the 5. Yep, same arm. And now we're going to run the spot. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 2, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Yeah? At the end of those 2 6s, we are going to be in our next formation.

In this formation you are going to be in a line. And the next part is going to start in a cannon. So there's going to be different groups. It's going to be 4. So there'll be group 1, group 2, pretend there's group 3, and group 4.

And we're going to start really low knees are bent, our torsos are forward. So group 1 goes up, group 2 goes up, then group 3 goes up, and then group 4 goes up. Yep.

The next cannon, group 1 is going to go down. Group 2 is going to go down. Group 3 is going to go down. And then group 4 is going to go down. And the next bit, so we all take this together. We go up 1, 2, 3, up, 4. Looking to the ceiling. And then we're all going to go to the ground on 5, 6, 7, 8.

And every second person, you're going to be laying in a different direction. So group 1, you're going to go to your right. So laying down. Group 2, you're going to go to your left. Yeah. Group 3, you'll be going to your right. And then the last group will be going to the left to end on the ground.
