KIYA SLOCKEE: Jingi wala bayan

Today we acknowledge the people of the land on which we stand.

We pay our respects to your continued connection and care for Country.

We acknowledge our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander ancestors,

our First Nations people, and the world's oldest continuous living culture.

We also like to acknowledge the spirits, the ancestors, the flora and fauna.

JARED SMITH: The mountains, the rivers, and Elders both past and present,

for they will continue on sharing their knowledge to the future generations.

We would like to extend our acknowledgements to any other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Sit back, duramori yurimaia, relax, and enjoy what I'm sure is to be an amazing gathering.

Yalabi daiyalung bora.

BOTH: Yamma.
