Boys Vocal Program - promo

The Boys Vocal Program is a 3 day non-audition music program which is suitable for boys from Years 5 to 12 who attend a NSW Public School. This program is particularly suitable for high school boys who are looking to explore ways of engaging with the music industry.

During the program students and teachers will work on vocal warm-ups, vocal techniques, ensemble singing, filming a film clip and developing an exciting harmonised repertoire. On day 3, students will have the experience of stepping in to the recording studio. Teachers are encouraged to participate and those attending can attribute 15 hours of teacher Identified professional learning for standards 1.1, 2.6 and 6.3.

The Boys Vocal Program runs in Term 2. In Term 3 participating schools will be sent the finished film clip. Previous film clips can be found on The Arts Unit Boys Vocal Program page.
