BEAU: Oh, I need a paper clip.

[door creaks]

[zipping]

[papers rustling]

[pen dropping]

[clip clacking]

Yes!

ALEX: Why are you in my room?

BEAU: Well, I just needed it for my assignment, that's all.

ALEX: Yeah, right, for your assignment, look at my desk!

[glue stick rolling, hitting floor]

Beau, you make a mess everywhere you go. You have no respect for anyone. You don't smell too good either. And you're just-- you're just a rat.

BEAU: Whatever.

ALEX: Beau, did you hear me? You're such a rat!

BEAU: [vocalising mimicking Alex]

Oh, I don't feel so good. [gasps] Oh!

[thuds]

[dramatic chord]

ALEX: Beau, I'm so sorry for calling you a--

[gasps]

Beau, is that you? Should we go tell Mum? Should we go to the doctor's? What should we do then? All right, we'll just-- just don't do anything stupid, will you?

[hopping]

Beau, look what you've done to my room.

[sighs]

You've made a mess. A big mess. I'm sorry I called you a rat. You're just-- you're so messy, and I just need my own personal space. If only you could understand that.

[gasps]

BEAU: I didn't realise how much that meant to you.

ALEX: Beau, you're back! It's OK. I understand, but thank you for apologising.

BEAU: Sorry.
