TEACHER: (monotone) And here we have yet another masterpiece from the 19th century.
STUDENT 1: This is so boring. Let's go find something actually interesting.
STUDENT 2: Yeah, let's go.
[students whispering]
STUDENT 1: Whoa, look at this one. It's so weird.
STUDENT 2: Yeah, it's kind of creepy.
STUDENT 3: Yeah, I feel like it's staring right at us.
[spacey warble]
STUDENTS: Whoa.
STUDENT 1: Where are we?
STUDENT 2: I think-- I think we're inside the painting.
STUDENT 3: This is so freaky. Why do you look so shocked?
SCREAMING FIGURE: Oh, thank goodness you're here. We need your help.
STUDENT 1: Our help? With what?
SCREAMING FIGURE: All the characters from other paintings have gone missing! They've wandered off, and now the paintings are empty! If we don't find them and bring them back here, the art gallery will be ruined forever!
STUDENT 3: Ruined forever? That sounds bad. How do we find them?
VAN GOGH: You must go into different paintings, find the missing characters, and bring them back here. Hurry! There isn't much time!
STUDENT 1: Look! It's the Degas ballerinas.
STUDENT 2: And the girl with the pearl earring. They look lost. Let's help them!
BALLERINA: Thank goodness you're here. We need your help. We can't find our way back to our paintings. Everything looks so different here.
STUDENT 3: We can help. Follow us!
[gente piano music playing]
SCREAMING FIGURE: Nice. Now, there are only a few more to find.
VAN GOGH: What was that? Say it in my good ear.
SCREAMING FIGURE: Nice. Now, only a few more to find.
VAN GOGH: Oh, OK.
FRIDA KAHLO: Remember, art is the soul's language. Don't let it get lost.
STUDENT 3: Look, there's the farmers!
STUDENT 1: Picasso? Mona Lisa? What are you doing here?
[dramatic string music playing]
SCREAMING FIGURE: You've done it! All the characters are back to where they belong. Now you can return to your world.
MONA LISA: Thank you for restoring our gallery's harmony.
STUDENT 2: Thanks. This was the coolest art lesson ever.
[spacey warble]
STUDENT 1: Did that really just happen?
STUDENT 2: I think so. But look.
STUDENT 3: We did it!
TEACHER: (monotone) That concludes our tour. Now, everyone, back to the bus.
CLASS: Yes! Yes!
TEACHER: Hello? Can anyone hear me?
[upbeat music playing]
