- Hey, guys, how about we go to the park and chill? Maybe we'll see those old folks doing yoga again. It's always good for a laugh.
- Yeah, they're hilarious trying to twist like pretzels. Let's go.
[music playing]
- Check it out, guys. Here they are. Let's have some fun.
- This is epic. Look at them.
- Tease us all you want, but remember keep moving. Life's full of surprises.
- Trust us, young ones. Starting out yoga early will make you thankful in later life.
- You never know what tomorrow might bring.
[music playing]
- What the-- how did this happen?
- Guys, we're old.

CHILD 1: I can't believe how challenging this is. I never realised what it's like to be old.
- I couldn't even bend down to tie my shoelaces without feeling the strain.
- And climbing up those stairs was like climbing up a mountain.
- I never realised how much I took my young body for granted.
- Yeah, me neither. I feel like we've learned an important lesson today.
- Let's just hope we wake up tomorrow and this nightmare will be over.
[music playing]
- Oh.
- Oh, thank goodness. We're back.
- I feel like I'd conquer the world with these young guns.
- You know, we were so wrong for judging them. They're incredible.
- Absolutely. I can't believe how they can still move and be so graceful.
- I feel really bad now. I think we need to apologise.
- Hey, guys. We're really sorry about yesterday. We shouldn't have made fun of you.
- We realised how hard it is to be old, and we shouldn't have teased you.
- Apology accepted, young ones. We've learned to let go of such things long ago.
- Remember, we may be older, but that means we've learnt loads of cool stuff.
- Life's full of twists and turns, young ones. Take care of your body and they'll take care of you when you're older like us.
- If you're interested, we'd be happy to teach you some yoga moves.
- Yes, please. We need to start moving our bodies now before it's too late.
NARRATOR: Life is a journey, and we never know where it will lead us. But in every step we take, let kindness guide our way for understanding and compassion are the keys to bridging the gap between generations.
