Schools Spectacular 2019 SpecEd eResource – Alex Manton testimonial

I've just checked out the new SpecEd resource and it is absolutely fantastic. The content is simply exemplary. I love how it's so cross-curricular, covering maths and science and integrated with the creative arts and it's going to be really easy for teachers to take that to the classroom. The layout is absolutely stunning. And so easy to navigate. The content is succinct, transferable and adaptable. And the integration of aboriginal and indigenous music is fantastic. You can print off the lessons and just simply take them to the classroom. It's that easy. While its primary focus is for stages one to three as a high school teacher I found it very adaptable for the stage four high school program and the content is varied and engaging and interesting. There are so many schools that don't have access to a specialist music, dance or drama teacher and the SpecEd resource is exactly what these schools need to be able to deliver high quality explicit lessons to their students. I was just so impressive with The Arts Unit and what they've done with this SpecEd resource. They've covered all bases. There's something in there for everyone. And I can't wait to see what the kids get out of it back in the classroom.
