CHARLIE WATTS: OK, everybody, let's get ready for the warmup. We're going to first start by getting our heart rate up, and then we'll get into our stretching.

[music - Galantis & Hook n Sling, 'Love On Me']

(SINGING) Girl, put your love on me. I feel it all around. I feel it all around.

CHARLIE WATTS: Ready, star jumps. 5, 6, 7, and high knees, 1, 2, 3, 4. Butt kicks, and repeat that again. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, high knees, 1, 2, 3, 4, butt kicks. OK, good. Pushing it again.

(SINGING) Singing, singing, singing, singing, singing, singing, singing, singing.

CHARLIE WATTS: Other side. And now go forward.

(SINGING) Girl, put your love on me. Because I won't let you down. I won't let you down.

CHARLIE WATTS: Looking up.

(SINGING) Girl, put your love me. I feel it all around. I feel it all around.

CHARLIE WATTS: OK, two big circles. Other way. Good, arms out. And we are reach over to our right side. Reach. Now flat back. And touch your toes. Good, and coming up. Other way, over. And flat back. Touching your toes.

(SINGING) Girl, put your love on me. I feel it all around. I feel it all around.

CHARLIE WATTS: And coming up. Going forward, reach. And drop. We're going to do some plies. Bend, stretch, bend, stretch. Last one. OK, into a big, deep second. Make sure we're pushing our knees back with our elbows. OK, over to your right leg lunge. Make sure your hands are on either side of your leg and your hips are straight. Stretching up. And over to your left side, left lunge. And up. OK, come up slowly. Shake your body out, and let's get into the dance.

KYLIE WATTS: We're going to start by teaching the first part of the choreography. So we need you to pop your right foot, put your hands on your hips, and your head starts down. On 5, 6, 7, 8, you're going to shoot your arms up and step out. So you go 5, 6, 7, 8. We're kicking our right foot on 1, jump 2, then we flick 3, 4. Make sure your hands are flat there. Then we're going to step to the right on 5 and 6, 7 and 8.

So, let's just break down that little part. When we step, we'll just do our flick first. So, pop your hands on your hips. You step up on 5 and down on 6, up 7, down on 8. And your hands, we just do the hands, your hands go 5 and 6, 7, and 8. Fantastic.

So, we'll just try that little bit. Ready? From the beginning, with heads down, we go out on 5, 6, 7, 8. Kick 1, jump 2, flick 3, 4, 5, and 6, 7, and 8. Now if that's a little bit too tricky, you can just do your arms in that part. So you'll go up on 5 and 6, 7 and 8. Fantastic.

Let's just do that little bit. So, pop your toe, heads down. We step out on 5, 6, 7, 8. Kick 1, jump 2, flick 3, 4, step 5 and 6, 7 and 8. You step to the right on 1, clap 2, step 3, clap 4, twist 5 and 6, 7, and 8. Fantastic. Let's try that much with the music.

Get ready! Up, 5, 6, 7, 8. Step. One up. Twist. Yes! Good job.

OK, so now we'll teach you the next part of the choreography. So we've just finished here. And then we're going to go shoot out right on up on 1 and 2, step 3, clap 4, forward on 5, wait 6, hips 7, 8. Excellent, let's just do that little part. So we finish here. We shoot up on 1 and 2, 3, clap 4, forward 5, wait 6, hips 7, 8. Then we travel back, and we walk 1, 2, 3, arms up on 4, twisting 5 and 6, 7 and 8. Right, we'll just try that part without the music, and then we'll add the music.

So from here, we go and 1 and 2, 3 clap 4, forward 5, wait 6, hips 7, 8. Back 1, 2, 3 up 4, 5 and 6, 7 and 8. Fantastic, let's try it with the music.

Get ready. 5, 6, 7, 8. Hit. Flick. Clap. Twist. Excellent. Up. Forward and then back you go. Over. Good job!

OK, guys, we're going to go over the next part of the choreography now. So we finished here. We're going to go over the rainbow on 1, 2, down 3, 4, jumping 5, 6, 7, 8. Fantastic. Then we're going to gallop to the right 1, 2, up 3, 4, 5, 6 up 7, 8.

So, with that part, if it's a little bit tricky to do your feet as 1 and 2 back 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, you can just bounce with your feet. So we'll show you what that looks like. It will be 1 and 2, bounce 3, 4, 5, 6, bounce 7, 8. All right, so let's try that much. From here, we go over 1, 2, bounce 3, 4, jump 5, 6, 7, 8. 1 and 2, up 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.

Then you're going to step to the right and turn around 1, 2, 3, 4, so you bring your arms up. And then you shoot them out on 5, 6, 7, 8. Then we're going to point in three different directions. You can point anywhere you like. So we'll go pointing 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, wait 7, 8.

All right, let's try that from here, and then we'll do it all with the music. Ready, and over 1, 2, bounce 3, 4, up 5, 6, 7, 8. Gallop 1, 2, up 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. Turn 1, 2, 3, 4, open 5, 6, 7, 8. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, wait 7 8. Fantastic, let's try it with the music.

[music playing]

KYLIE WATTS: Get ready, bounce. 5, 6, 7, 8. Side. Clap. Twist. Up we go, up. Wait, back. Over the rainbow, over. Up. Concentrate, up. Turn. Up and, good job! Well done.

CHARLIE WATTS: OK, great job today, everybody. It's really important that we do a quick cool down to make sure that our muscles aren't sore tomorrow. Let's go walking around your space.

[music playing]

(SINGING) Take a seat right over there, sat on the stairs

CHARLIE WATTS: And again. All right, swing that right arm. And left arm. OK, deep breaths. And out. One more, and out. Good, well done, yeah? Nice and slow. Other way. Good. Stretching your arms across your body, and change. Good job. Now we're going to go up and grab that elbow, pull it back. Hold it. Ready, other side. Elbow, grab it pull it back. OK, good.

Ready to test our balance? Standing one leg, grabbing your right leg. And find a spot to focus. Beautiful, other leg. Find a spot to focus. Beautiful. OK, just roll your shoulders And now forward. OK, feet in parallel, we're rolling down. And nod your head let it loose, relax it. Coming up slowly. And shake your body out. OK, great job today, everybody.
