Online resource Lights, camera, action!

Lights, camera, action! This Film By resource produced by the NSW Department of Education supports students and teachers across NSW to think creatively and critically as they learn filmmaking skills while collaborating and communicating to make their own films.

The resource supports fundamental filmmaking skills, including using the camera, writing a great story, and supporting the film with sound. It then assists with the pre-production, production, and post-production stages. Using films that students across NSW have created as the stimulus, the resource is aimed to support those with a range of knowledge through to those with little to no filmmaking experience.
