Choreographic workshops for teachers across the North Coast. Workshops facilitated by professional choreographer Anouska Gammon – an active choreographer for NSW State Dance Ensembles and festivals, and a lecturer in Creative and Performing Arts in Education at Southern Cross University. These workshops are being timed to allow teachers to use choreographic ideas in work developed for area festivals in Term 2, 2024.

These workshops are designed to develop teachers' skills in choreographing works aligned with the dance syllabus and role-modelling choreographic process for students. The workshops will be inclusive of all choreographic experience and will empower teachers with using choreographic skills, new approaches to movement and a greater understanding of the choreographic process. These workshops are suitable for both primary and secondary teachers.
