Synergy Dance Festival
Synergy Dance Festival has been running successfully for over 30 years, providing dance performance opportunities for Kindergarten to Year 12 NSW public school students in a professional theatre environment.
Our mission is to create an inclusive festival that showcases dance as a performing art within the guidelines of the K-12 Dance syllabus and to appreciate the collaborative effort of school teachers, students and parents in presenting dance performances.

2025 festival dates and times
Monday 16 to Friday 20 June 2025 (Term 2 Week 8)
Rehearsals
Ensembles to rehearse on day of scheduled performance where possible.
- 9 am to 4 pm, Monday to Thursday
- 9 am to 11:30 am, Friday
Performances
There will be 2 shows each evening:
- Evening show A: 5:30 pm to 7 pm
- Evening show B: 7:30 pm to 9 pm
In addition, there will be 2 matinee shows on Friday 20 June:
- Matinee show A: 11 am to 12:30 pm
- Matinee show B: 1 pm to 2:30 pm
How to apply
Online applications are now open and close at 5:00 pm on Friday 4 April 2025 (Term 1 Week 10 ). Late entries are unable to be accepted.
