AMBER LILLY GORDON: Hi, guys. My name is Amber Lilly Gordon and, I'm a proud Wiradjuri woman from Dubbo, New South Wales. Also born in Ngemba Country in Brewarrina, where my mum is from. I'm currently the Russell Page graduate for 2022, working under the Bangarra Youth Program.

I started my very first dance experience when Rekindling had their very first session back in 2013, and then I went on to be a part of the Aboriginal Dance Company for 3 years. From these 4 years, I really wanted to study dance. So I went to study my diploma in elite dance at NAISDA Dance College and also Ev and Bow full-time dance studios. This program had really helped me so much, and I didn't even realise that I love dance.

So, this is a great opportunity for you all to study dance, connect with your identity and your culture. I will be looking for someone who is well driven, motivated and really eager to be a part of this company. There are currently 6 people that work in Bangarra Dance Theatre that went through the Aboriginal Dance Company, and it could be you someday. So, come join us.
