PETE EVANS: So I'll be teaching this combo in two sections.

So the first count of 8, we're stepping forward on the left foot. We're throwing our arms up, and we're dropping down, bringing my right foot together, both feet in parallel position. So we're stepping forward on the 1, throw down 2. I'm upward grooving on the 3, with my arms straight, to then cross them over on the 4. Yes?

So that goes 1, 2, and 3, and 4. I'm going to hop back on my right foot. I'm throwing my right arm backwards on the 5. As soon as my head lands on the 5, I'm going to rebound it back over anti-clockwise from right to left.

So from the start that goes 1, 2, and 3, and 4, and 5, 6. I'm facing back to the front. On the 7 and 8, I'm stepping out on the right foot to turn out, in, out, in. That's going backwards. At the same time, I'm throwing my right up and back 7 and 8 and. And my left arm is just staying extended towards the front.

So all of that from the start, we're going 1, 2, and 3, and 4, and 5, head 6, 7, and 8. From there, I'm bringing my left foot in to parallel. I'm going to throw my arms up in a really relaxed pedestrian-style toss. So this is 1. I'm then going to scoop both hands up. At the same time, I'm picking up my right foot on the 2 to then place it back down. So that is toss on 1, pick up 2. As I'm stepping that right foot down, I'm transferring my weight into my right foot in order to slide the left foot back diagonally towards your front left corner.

So we're going toss 1 and 2. I'm sliding back 3, 4, to then repeat that on 5, 6 to the right. Yes? As I'm doing that, my hands are going to just swap and alternate weight. So this goes 1 and 2. This is 3, 4. This is 5, 6. I'm stepping back on my right foot to put the weight in on 7, and I'm popping the heel of the left foot to then switch, to then switch one more time. You have free arms in that section, so you can have here, here, here, whatever you like. Yes? Completely up to you.

So let's go from the top. We're stepping forward on the left foot. This is 1, down 2, and 3, and 4. This is 5, 6, 7, and 8. This is 1, and 2, 3, 4. This is 5, 6, 7, and 8.

Alright, so now that I've taught you that much, let's try it with me facing the back, and we'll break it down. So stepping forward on the left foot, this goes 1, and 2, and 3, and 4, 5, head 6, 7, and 8. This is 1 and 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8.

Awesome. Let's try it all together with music.

And 5, 6, 7, 8.

Alright, let's go through the second section. So we've just gone 7 and 8. I'm pulling forward, I'm stepping on the left foot 1. I'm then stepping behind with the right foot on the 'and.'

On 2 I'm sending this left leg around in a circle to place it down. At the end of that, I'm also bringing my hands to my chest. Yes? On the 2, we've stepped 1, and I'm also throwing my left arm around to place it down before my hands come to my chest.

So we've gone 7 and 8. This is coming through 1, 2, and 3, and 4. I'm stepping forward on the right foot 5, and I'm separating the hands to then scoop that up on the 6. I'm then going to jump my feet together and throw my arms out on the 7, to then punch down on the 'and,' to then pull up on the 8. Yes?

So let's go all the way through that. From 7 and 8, this goes 1, and 2, and 3, and 4. This is 5, 6, 7, and 8. I'm stepping onto the right heel, then the left heel, then the right toe, then the left toe. Yes? This is 1 and 2 and. At the same time, I'm sending my arms out, like I'm hugging someone, to then bring them in close. So I'm stepping out 1 and 2 and. My left hand is standing next to my chest. My right hand is circling around. I'm going to step with the right foot. That's going to orientate me to the left side.

So this goes 1, and 2, and 3, 4, and, I'm scooping up. I'm keeping my right hand on top of my left, scooping up. At the same time, I'm going to step my right foot back. Yes? So this is 5, and I'm going to turn my right knee out, bend into a plié, and click out to the right side. Yes? So this is 5 and 6 and, to come back, all you have to finish is three poses, your choice. You're hitting the 7 and 8. Yes? So this is stepping back 5 and 6 and, you can hit 7, you can hit 'and,' you can hit 8.

Yeah? That's the end, guys. So let's try it facing the back slowly, and then we'll try the whole thing with music.

So we've just stepped back on the right foot 7 and 8. This is pulling through 1, and 2, and 3, and 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. 1, and 2, and 3, 4. This is 5, and 6, and 7, and 8.
