Submit your entry for the 2022 Connections Program Showcase.

The theme for this year’s showcase is ‘Ours To Share’. This theme can be interpreted in any way you like and can be applied to any creative and performing arts projects that you and your students are focusing on throughout the year.

If you are looking for inspiration, The Arts Unit will be running professional learning and student workshops as well as partnering with organisations such as the Art Gallery of NSW to provide teaching resources, starting points and inspiration throughout the year. We also have a range of online teaching resources in our Creative Classes and Art Bites library which can be used to develop a creative arts teaching program for you and your students. These online resources will support and develop teachers and students ranging from the experienced and inexperienced in the areas of music, dance, visual arts, public speaking and drama. They are linked to Creative Arts syllabus outcomes and have a resources for teachers tab to assist with programming and delivery of content.

Showcase submissions can come from creative and performing arts projects completed by schools, classes or individual students. If you would like more inspiration have a look at the 2021 Connections Program Showcase 'Found Objects'.

Please check the 2022 application requirements as there are a range of things to consider before embarking on your creative journey. Applications close Term 3 Week 5, Wednesday 17 August.
