Composer Sxip Shirey is known for his immersive installation choral experiences. In this workshop, we gain insight into Sxip's methodology as he works with NSW public school students. This workshop was made possible through The Arts Unit's industry partnership with the Sydney Opera House. In addition to the workshop, the students attended The Gauntlet, a  performance featuring the Sydney Philharmonia Choirs.

Composer Sxip Shirey is known for his immersive installation choral experiences. In this workshop, we gain insight into Sxip's methodology as he works with NSW public school students. This workshop was made possible through The Arts Unit's industry partnership with the Sydney Opera House. The Arts Unit industry partnerships give students opportunities to learn and engage with local, national and international artists, creators and practitioners. In addition to the workshop, the students attended a performance of THE GAUNTLET, featuring the Sydney Philharmonia Choirs. This performance took place at ANTIDOTE 2018.
