Boys Dance Workshops
This workshop is a one-day intensive for male students in Years 4 to 12. These workshops are an excellent opportunity for students with talent and skills in dance to develop in this art form.
About the program
The boys-only dance workshops, a unique opportunity for male students in Years 4 to 12, are conducted at the state-of-the-art studios of Sydney Dance Company. Led by male industry professionals, these workshops offer exposure to a diverse range of dance styles from contemporary and commercial dance industries. Students enhance their dance technique, creativity, and performance quality in a dynamic and engaging environment.
The workshops are designed to be inclusive, catering to the learning needs of students from diverse backgrounds. Whether you're a beginner or have prior dance experience, our teaching artists will guide you to work within your capabilities. We foster a positive and inclusive environment, encouraging all students to experience the joy of dance.
Primary and Secondary students will be separated in the classes.

Cost
- Years 4 to 12 – $85.00
A 25% rural and remote subsidy is available for eligible students attending a rural and remote school.
Participation is open to male students attending NSW public schools.
