AURIELLE: Hi, my name's Aurielle, and I'm a proud descendant of the Kamilaroi people from North West NSW, and the Reconciliation Week theme this year, now more than ever, is so important to me as a young Aboriginal person, ensuring that the wider community is educated on decisions regarding our future.

AXEL: Yiradhu marang mudyi. G'day, friends. My name's Axel, and I'm a proud Wiradjuri man. I'm currently living on Gundungurra Ngunawal Country, and I'm currently a student at Mulwaree High School.

I've always loved the arts, and one of my biggest passions is playing the guitar. For me, Reconciliation Week is a time to build on and strengthen relationships amongst all Australians. It is a time to look at our country's past, and for all Australians to work as one so we can walk together into the future equally.
