Years 4 to 12

Students learning dance across NSW are guided by tutors drawn from Arts Unit experts and industry professionals. Members perform in events such as State Dance Festival and Schools Spectacular.

Dance Ensembles 2022 - students   

For further information and to apply for any of the following NSW public schools dance ensembles complete the online application form.

  • Primary ensembles (Years 4 to 6) – weekly based 
  • Junior ensembles (Years 7 to 9) – weekly based
  • Senior ensembles (Years 10 to 12) – weekly based
  • Workshop based ensembles (Year 7 to 12)

Applications closing Thursday 31 March 2022.

Aboriginal Dance Company

Years 7 to 12 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students
Students work with leading dancers and choreographers to develop their dance skills and explore their culture.

Urban Dance Crew

Years 5 to 12 students
Opportunity for students who excel in the dance style of hip hop to work with outstanding industry professionals.
