Location scouting

Try to take your film out of the school setting unless it is a film set in a school.

Be different. Find some places outside of school. Parks, restaurants, coffee shops, train stations, office buildings, and beaches are all great locations.

You will need permission to use locations and when sought, it should be in writing. Don’t be shy; permission is almost always given, especially if you point out the learning is for students and the purpose of making the film.
