I live in Wiradyuri country and I learnt that the Wiradyuri name for kangaroo is Wambuwany. I used  a ruler to scrape paint across the paper to make the sunset for my Wambuwanys.

I learnt about animals that live in the grasslands and made a happy giraffe using paper and paint sticks. I scraped into paint rolled onto a table to make a mono print for the grassland.

I painted hydrangeas because they come in so many lovely colours. I used house paint and a sponge to make the flowers. They make me smile.
