Ensembles

Drama ensembles develop high-potential and gifted students in drama. They provide an engaging and supportive environment in which students are challenged and extended in their knowledge and skills of drama and opportunities to perform.

Drama Company

Program Drama
Years 10 to 12
The Drama Company extends the best performers auditioned from public schools across NSW. Company members work with industry professionals and experienced educators to create a drama work.

Greater Western Sydney Drama Ensembles

Local arts program Drama
Years 5 to 12
Designed as an extension of the curriculum in which gifted and talented drama students are provided with the opportunity to be extended in their knowledge and skills of drama.
Metro Sydney

Junior Drama Ensembles

Program Drama
Years 7 and 8
Sydney based, weekly ensemble aims to foster the development of talented drama students. Performance and industry partnerships offer unique learning extension opportunities.

State Drama Ensemble

Program Drama
Years 9 to 11
An intensive program for high potential and gifted drama students from NSW public schools. Workshops are held during school holidays where students develop a work for performance at the State Drama Festival.

Primary Drama Ensembles

Program Drama
Year 5 and 6
Sydney-based, weekly ensemble for talented drama students.

Senior Drama Ensembles

Years 9 to 11

Ensemble members have the opportunity to be part of exciting industry partnerships, enriching and extending their skill base in drama and fostering career pathways.

Term 3 school holidays. Monday 30 September to Friday 4 October from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Term 4: Wednesday 23 October and Thursday 24 October prior to Drama Festival.
